If we collect or you bring your clock to our workshops for restoration or repair you can rest assured we will look at every part of your clock & fully asses its needs, we do not do part repairs of clock movements,. the movement will be assessed & you will be given a quote based on a full & comprehensive service plus anything else needed to bring your clock back to full working order. We wont come back to you with one cost then another, you will know exactly where you are right from the start.
We are then happy to fully guarantee all our work & look after your clock for the future, we will keep you fully informed & we always take pictures of the work needed, this is especially important with antique clocks for reasons of preservation,
All the pictures you see on this website are of Antique clocks we have actually worked on or we own, we are always happy for customers to visit & we will show customers our workshops & some of the traditional clockmakers tools we use, we are a family run & owned business, you will always be speaking to the people who are actually working on your clock, we are a small business so we never over book & as soon as we have inspected your clock we can give you a time frame & keep to it, & we always update you on progress.
We always reply to emails that are sent to our site even if its something we don t work on we may be able to advise you, if possible send pictures this helps , for us customer satisfaction is the key to any good bushiness & we pride ourselves on being friendly & transparent keeping it simple.
