Every clock that comes to us for repair will get a complete & comprehensive service.
The clock movement is completely dismantled & cleaned by hand making sure any work that needs doing such as bushing & pivot work etc is done. the movement is then reassembled set up & tested for a few weeks & in this time it will be regulated if all goes well it will be returned to the customer & set up.
We do not do part repairs every clock we are happy to repair will be fully serviced, this insures the clock will run for many many years trouble free. but all our work is fully guaranteed.
This in our opinion is the only way to do Clock repairs & restoration, simply giving a clock a drop of oil is not going to do the job & the clock will almost definatly stop working again, there is only one way to do clock repairs & restoration & our methods are the traditional way tried & tested.
