Another fine example is a trippel fusee bracket clock, this clock has what we call some complications, in the horological world this can mean it does a few things other than just tell the time, in the case of this fine clock it chimes on bells or gongs every 15 minutes, it will chime Whittington on bells but if you preferer Westminster on gongs & also will strike on the hour on a very large gong, it is housed in a solid oak hand carved case, a very fine example of a c1840 bracket clock.
